Returns

If you’re unhappy with your order, please be sure to contact us within 14 days. If we are contacted after the 14 days unfortunately we cannot accept a return.

Email contact@hausofm.co.uk with your request and we will be happy to assist further.

The cost of returning your order will be your responsibility, however on receipt the original postage cost will be refunded.

We do not accept returns of pierced jewellery due to health and hygiene reasons.
